Jobot is partnering with a respected law firm to hire a California Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney for a fully remote role. The position offers a salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 per year and the opportunity to collaborate directly with senior attorneys on active litigations.

The successful candidate will handle representations in CA workers’ comp matters, perform legal research, draft pleadings and briefs, attend hearings, depositions and trials, and negotiate settlements.

Competenze

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar membership.
• 3+ years of workers’ compensation experience.
