Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to sensitive requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in Program Cost Control/Defense Finance/Acquisition Analytics.
• Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Deep understanding of defense procurement lifecycles, milestone tracking, and DoD budget constraints.
• Experience in financial management and analysis reporting for Support Service Programs with emphasis on cost control.
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Frame and resolve complex acquisition challenges via data-mining to inform leadership decisions.
• Cleanses and synthesizes disparate data streams to establish unified baselines.
• Builds cost projection models and IGCE tools to forecast commitments.
• Transforms data into executive dashboards and visuals for non-technical stakeholders.
• Manages GFP contract actions with PIEE and DoD regulatory frameworks for compliance.
• Collaborates with COR during Technical Evaluation Phase to assess proposals.
• Monitors contract ceilings, funding obligations, and burn rates to safeguard solvency.
• Contributes to PPC and market research for strategic acquisition planning.
• Drafts and optimizes audit-ready contract and task order packages.
• Tracks procurement actions in PMT for real-time coordination.
