Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Technician, Blending and Maintenance in Phoenix to conduct diesel exhaust fluid blending and maintain related equipment at DEF plants. The role involves coordinating with the rail movements team and ensuring safety and quality in daily operations.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and at least two years of technical maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of technical maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving history required.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily DEF blending and collect product samples.
• Perform light plant maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
• Coordinate rail car deliveries with DEF Rail Movements Specialist.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain replacement parts inventory.
• Ensure safety and operational procedures are followed at blending sites.
• Recommend improvements and assist in implementing changes as directed by management.
• Travel to other DEF sites to conduct blending operations as needed.
• Model company values and support guests and team members at the highest level.
• Ensure all activities comply with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
