Job summary

Pilot Company in Salem, OR is seeking a Warehouse/Packaging Operator to bottle DEF fluid, label containers, and prepare shipments. You will operate filling machinery, seal packaging, and move loads using a forklift.

Responsibilities include daily quality checks, reporting production issues and safety concerns, and maintaining accurate paperwork while ensuring compliance with all rules and procedures. High school diploma and forklift certification required; post-hire certification possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift operator certification required; can be obtained post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to fill containers with DEF.
• Label filled containers with correct product name and information.
• Pack filled containers for shipment and seal packaging using tape and shrink wrap machines.
• Use a forklift to move containers and packed boxes.
• Complete required quality checks and paperwork daily.
• Share daily output, production issues and any safety concerns with management.
• Model behaviours that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
