Responsibilities

• Teach 90-minute blocks in high school or four 55-minute blocks in middle school, per day of project time.
• Mentor Time: Build deep relationships with mentees daily and coach/advocate for them.
• Self-Directed Learning Time and Interventions: Facilitate time and daily literacy or math interventions.
• Collaboration & Professional Development: Participate in all-faculty after‑school meetings twice a week.
• Develop lesson plans based on student progress data to determine supports for success.
