Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking construction laborers with experience in lagging, underpinning, grout mixing and related support of excavation tasks. The role involves heavy physical labor at outdoor construction sites, including hand digging, backfilling, and using power and air tools as needed.

Candidates should have 5+ years of deep foundation and SOE experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug screening.
• Ability to work in all outdoor elements (heat, rain, snow, etc.).
• Must be able to climb, kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, squat and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work on uneven or muddy ground.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Must be reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical labor at construction sites to support lagging, underpinning, grout mixing and related operations.
• Assist with installation of lagging or underpinning, hand digging and backfilling.
• Mix grout and fabricate tiebacks or assist drilling as required.
• Use power and air tools for excavation tasks as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on site and follow Clark standards.
