Clark Construction Group is seeking construction laborers with experience in lagging, underpinning, grout mixing and related support of excavation tasks. The role involves heavy physical labor at outdoor construction sites, including hand digging, backfilling, and using power and air tools as needed.
Candidates should have 5+ years of deep foundation and SOE experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and pass a drug screen.
We are seeking construction laborers with lagging, underpinning, grout mixing and other support of excavation experience. Tasks will involve physical labor at construction sites to assist with these operations. The primary skills required include hand digging and backfilling for installation of lagging or underpinning. Other typical laborer activities associated with the support of excavation include but are not limited to mixing grout, tieback fabrication, drilling assistance, digging trenches, cleaning up debris, and other duties. All these activities may require the use of power and air tools, as necessary.
You’ll regularly work outdoors and may be exposed to the elements—be it heat, cold, rain, snow, or wind. The work environment frequently involves exposure to moving mechanical equipment, high noise levels, dust, fumes, airborne particles, vibrations, and potential electrical hazards.
Your safety is our number one priority, which is why you will be required to consistently wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strictly follow Clark Construction's safety policies and procedures, and all applicable laws, at all locations.
This is a demanding, high-performance environment. We are looking for candidates who are energized by challenge, thrive under pressure, and are prepared to do what it takes to achieve exceptional results. Success in this role requires significant commitment, including flexibility to work extended hours, especially during critical project phases or client deadlines.
Clark promotes a drug free workplace. A pre-employment drug “fitness for duty” screening is required, and the company conducts random quarterly drug “fitness for duty” tests.
