RYZE Inc. is seeking a Deductions Coordinator to join our remote team and protect revenue across retail accounts by managing trade promotions and deduction disputes.

You will validate claims, gather backup, and work with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to settle balances and improve processes. In this role you’ll maintain TPM records, assist month-end close, and help optimize receivables while supporting audits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in deductions management, trade promotions, or accounts receivable.
• Working knowledge of TPM systems and common trade mechanics (e.g., off-invoice allowances, scan-backs, bill-backs, compliance deductions).
• Experience using ERP systems (Dynamics NAV/Business Central, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Experience with cash application, credit memo processing, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Experience working with major retail customers and chargeback portals (e.g., Retail Link) and EDI documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Review, audit, and validate customer deductions for trade promotions, pricing discrepancies, shortages, and other claims.
• Research deduction backup — remittance advices, customer portals, EDI documents, and promotional calendars — to validate or dispute each claim, and resolve unauthorized deductions via chargebacks or repayment requests.
• Maintain accurate records within the TPM system and monitor deduction aging and open balances to minimize revenue leakage.
• Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to obtain backup documentation and resolve deduction discrepancies.
• Support monthly close by reconciling deduction activity and accrual balances, including cash application and credit memo processing as needed.
• Identify root causes of recurring deduction issues, recommend process improvements, and assist with internal and external audits related to trade spend and accounts receivable.
