Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Deduction Analyst to advance business intelligence reporting, drive deduction reduction, and deliver data‑driven insights. You will build Power BI solutions, analyze trends, and collaborate with Sales, Finance and Customer Teams to improve cash recovery and operational performance.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel, data management, and the use of AI tools to streamline processes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
0–3 years of progressive data management experience or strong internship
Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience in creating data visualizations and presenting insights
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities
Experience with financial systems such as SAP, CRM, TPM preferred

Responsibilities

Lead deduction management initiatives to reduce deductions and improve cash recovery
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for KPI monitoring
Partner with Sales, Finance and Customer Teams to deliver actionable insights
Support audit, compliance activities and cross‑functional training and backups
