The Campbell's Company is seeking a Deduction Analyst to partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Teams to reduce deductions and improve cash recovery through Power BI dashboards and data-driven insights.

The Deduction Analyst is a strategic partner within the Deduction Management organization, responsible for advancing business intelligence reporting, driving deduction reduction initiatives, and delivering data‑driven insights that improve business performance. This role develops and maintains Power BI solutions, analyzes deduction trends, identifies root causes and improvement opportunities, and collaborates with cross‑functional stakeholders to enhance deduction performance, cash recovery, operational efficiency, and KPI attainment. Additionally, the Deduction Analyst provides advanced analytical support, reporting expertise, and training to deduction and customer business teams, enabling informed decision‑making and continuous process improvement.
Regular interaction with remote Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Business Teams via phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools.
Minimum education required: Bachelors degree
Years of relevant experience: 0-3 years of progressive experience in support of data management or strong internship program

The target base salary range for this full‑time, salaried position is between $46,600-$64,100. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
