Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a highly analytical analyst to drive enterprise-wide data, analytics, and process improvements. You will partner with Finance Directors and technology teams to improve data quality and automate reporting using Power BI dashboards.

You will design executive dashboards, identify KPIs, and deliver actionable insights across WCIB Finance. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration, with a preference for advanced analytics and forecasting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of related experience.
• Oracle SQL highly preferred.
• Some experience with Snowflake, Power BI, Python.
• Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Thorough knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning.
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data.
• Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data strategy and governance initiatives across WCIB Finance.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for executives.
• Identify KPI targets and produce executive-level dashboards.
• Improve data quality, automate reporting, and deliver actionable insights.
• Drive adoption of new reporting tools and analytics methodologies.
