Job summary

Qualifications

1-2 years transportation operation experience required in a fast-paced environment.
HS Diploma / GED required.
Intermediate computer skills.
Willingness to travel up to 75%.
Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule customer shipments to align with service requirements.
Ensure payroll submission is accurate and timely.
Manage billing processes and resolve discrepancies with customers.
Engage with drivers to address daily operational concerns.
Partner with PTL to ensure equipment receives maintenance and repairs.
Implement and oversee company safety programs (Smart Drive, High Risk Driver Reporting, driver coaching).
Other projects and tasks as assigned.
