Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc is seeking a Dedicated Operations Manager to oversee a key customer account, coordinate scheduling, and lead driver management in a fast-paced Northeast-focused network.

This role requires strong DOT knowledge, excellent communication, and hands-on routing planning; you will collaborate with sales and service teams to optimize service delivery and grow the account. The position emphasizes on-site presence at the customer's location(s) and building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Transportation management experience in a dedicated environment preferred.
• Experience with load planning and driver management.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).
• Ability to be on-call during driver work hours.
• Understanding of DOT regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling for a dedicated customer.
• Be available and on call for Pyle driver and customer needs.
• Build dynamic routing with routing software and learn the system.
• Optimize the schedule daily or as needed.
• Maintain an onsite presence at the customer site and develop relationships.
• Partner with sales and customer service to schedule deliveries and grow the account.
