Concord Hospital is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of registered nurses, supporting a diverse patient population on the unit.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, proof of LNA education and NH LNA license, and current BLS certification. The role emphasizes teamwork, situational awareness, and compassionate care within a collaborative hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Proof of LNA education certificate is required.
• Final report of written and clinical competency testing per NH board.
• Current NH LNA license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs activities of daily living and personal care duties under RN supervision.
• Performs technical skills/procedures for physical, mental health and social needs under RN guidance.
• Documents care provided and reports observations to the RN.
• Follows safe patient handling policy.
• Demonstrates time management skills.
• Keeps patient care areas clean, safe, and stocked.
• Follows delegation rights and receives delegated work accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Serves as a preceptor for new employees.
