Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proof of LNA education certificate and Final Report of Written and Clinical Competency Testing (NH Board of Nursing).
• Current NH LNA license is required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Performs activities of daily living and personal care under RN supervision.
• Performs technical skills related to physical, mental health and social needs under RN supervision.
• Documents care provided and reports RN on patient status and data collected.
• Demonstrates adherence to safe patient handling policy.
• Demonstrates time management skills.
• Maintains patient care areas for cleanliness, safety and supplies.
• Receives delegated work adhering to the five rights of delegation.
• Performs job-specific requirements and other duties as assigned.
• Serves as a preceptor for new employees.
