Qualifications

• Final Report of Written and Clinical Competency Testing Results as required by NH Board of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Performs activities of daily living and personal care needs under RN supervision.
• Performs technical skills/procedures relating to physical, mental health and social needs under RN supervision.
• Documents care provided and reports observations to the RN.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness of patient care areas.
• Displays time management and prioritization skills.
• Assists with delegated tasks per five rights of delegation.
• Prepares for new employee orientation as a preceptor.
