Concord Hospital is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant to provide direct and indirect patient care under the guidance of the Director or Nurse Manager. The role includes support across units for a variety of patient needs and adherence to safety and delegation policies.

Applicants must hold an LNA education certificate, final competency testing results per NH regulations, and an active NH LNA license, with BLS certification or equivalent, and the ability to work as part of a cohesive team.

Qualifications

• LNA education certificate and final competency testing results required as per NH Board of Nursing.
• Current NH LNA license required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Performs activities of daily living and personal care under RN supervision.
• Performs technical skills related to patients' physical, mental health, and social needs.
• Documents care provided and reports observations to the RN.
• Adheres to safe patient handling policies.
• Maintains cleanliness and readiness of patient care areas.
• Receives delegated work following the five rights of delegation.
• Performs other duties and may serve as a preceptor for new staff.
