J Rose Enterprises is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a Southwest regional fleet in California. This full-time, W2 role offers consistent mileage, no-touch freight on dry van loads, and reliable weekly home time with 34–48 hour resets.

Drivers will cover regional routes across the Southwest, operate newer equipment, and may take home the truck during weekly home time. Competitive pay includes weekly earnings, CPM, detention/breakdown pay, and a solid benefits package.

Job Description

We arecurrently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers residing across California for our Southwest regional fleet. This position offers consistent mileage, predictable weekly home time, and steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes. Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady year-round freight

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)
• Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home
• Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unload
• Equipment: Newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
• Convenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time

Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience
• Recent Activity: Must have verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is complete.
