You will act as the main contact for the customer base, supervise drivers, monitor loads from tender to delivery, and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues and optimize operations.

Responsabilidades

• Assigns loads and routes drivers based on hours and customer needs.
• Serves as main point-of-contact for assigned customers and monitors loads.
• Performs supervisory duties to coach and manage drivers.
• Coordinates with departments to resolve customer issues.
• Monitors trailer pools and guides trailer movements when needed.
• Verifies driver hours of service for safe deliveries.
• Balances driver time-off with operational needs.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships.
• Receives and carries out instructions; maintains attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
