Qualifications

• Required: 1+ year of experience in production/manufacturing/warehouse or similar environment.
• Ability to stand, move, and work on your feet for a full shift (8+ hours).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy at a steady production pace.
• Adaptable and self-directed; able to shift between tasks on demand.
• Reliable and punctual; production schedules depend on everyone showing up.

Responsibilities

• Stage and validate orders for production; confirm inventory, materials, work instructions, and machine locations.
• Trim threads and excess materials after decoration to keep pace with machine output.
• Inspect decorated pieces against the job ticket for placement, adhesion, color, and appearance.
• Log defects and hand off to Production Lead for disposition.
