Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of direct experience managing residential decks or exteriors.
• Proficient in reading drawings, specs, and field measurements.
• Knowledge of residential permitting and municipal regulations.
• Experience supervising subcontractor crews (2–10).
• Strong communication for timelines, payments, and changes.

Responsibilities

• Own residential deck projects from handoff to final payment and sign-off.
• Verify plans against site measurements; obtain permits as needed.
• Lead subcontractor crews with clear quality and safety expectations.
• Coordinate takeoffs, deliveries, and inventory to protect profitability.
• Maintain homeowner communication with bi-weekly updates and change orders.
