Job summary

Archadeck Outdoor Living, North America’s leading designer and builder of outdoor living spaces, is seeking a carpentry crew supervisor to manage exterior residential remodeling projects in the Bethlehem area. You will deliver high-quality decks, porches, sunrooms, and shade structures while coordinating your crew to meet contract specifications and customer expectations.

Ideal candidates will lead framing and finishing work from foundation to roof, read plans and elevations, and follow

Qualifications

• Must lead a carpentry crew (framing and finishing) and coordinate a crew, not individual carpenters.
• Strong framing and trim skills from foundation through roof.
• Ability to read plans, determine elevations and take-offs.
• Willing to learn and follow documented processes and standards.
• Able to pass background check.
• Registered business with current COI & WC insurance.

Responsibilities

• Work on exterior residential remodeling projects.
• Deliver finished product to satisfaction of contract specs and client expectations.
• Coordinate your employees to ensure understanding of construction drawings and details.
• Maintain orderly job site and ensure safety practices are followed.
• Maintain positive relations with customers.
• Comply with the Subcontractor Agreement as signed.
