GVD Renovations & Remodeling in San Mateo, CA is seeking a Decking Sales Representative to drive sales of high-quality decking products and installation services. You will meet with homeowners, present products, draw simple deck designs, and close deals.

Ideal candidates have proven outside sales experience in decking, in-home sales background, and strong negotiation skills. Knowledge of major decking brands is a plus; strong communication is essential.

Competenze

• Outside sales experience focused on decking products and exterior renovations.
• Experience with deck design is preferred and helpful.
• Ability to sketch basic deck designs for customers.
• Familiarity with decking construction codes and requirements.
• In-home sales experience is essential for client meetings.
• Proven deck sales or deck-building background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of decking brands such as DuraLife, Deckorators, DekPro, Fiberon, Barrette.
