Job summary

Dek's Decks is seeking a Salesperson / Deck Design Consultant to guide homeowners from initial in‑home consultation through selection and pricing of decking and railing systems.

You will run pre-set appointments across our service area, measure spaces, design layouts, build accurate estimates, and present clear, honest pricing, then hand off sold jobs to production. Strong client follow‑up and a CRM mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in-home or B2C sales (home improvement preferred).
• Understand deck construction well enough to design and price it.
• Self-driven, organized, and consistent in follow-up.
• Comfortable with design/estimating software and a CRM.
• Reliable vehicle with valid license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set in-home design consultations across our service area.
• Measure, design layouts, and select decking and railing systems.
• Build accurate estimates and present clear, honest pricing.
• Follow up consistently until the homeowner decides.
• Hand off clean, complete sold jobs to production.
