Responsibilities

• Manage lines and cables to secure crane rigs to and from barges/vessels.
• Conduct inspections of cables and rigging components on the crane deck.
• Perform minor maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Provide directional signals to crane operators.
• Operate barge covers.
• Perform general rigging and shifting of barges.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards on decks, barges, and ship holds.
• Work with hand tools.
• Perform painting and general upkeep of the crane rig.
• Maintain crane shack/quarters.
• Report incidents through company’s reporting protocol.
• Support company safety initiatives.
