Daily duties include equipment maintenance, cleaning, and safe operation of small boats. You will communicate with crew and customers to ensure professional service while following all PPE and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of rigging practices and safety-aligned tool use.
  • Strong customer service and communication with crew and clients.
  • Commitment to safety, PPE usage, and terminal safety rules.
  • Physical ability for manual labor and outdoor work in varying conditions.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Background in marine, port, or industrial settings is beneficial.
  • Reliable transportation to Braithwaite, LA and pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

  • Support vessel operations by handling lines and assisting docking/undocking.
  • Perform rigging tasks and routine maintenance as directed.
  • Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment and small craft used on site.
