Working on a rotational schedule, these team members ensure the safe and efficient movement of barges and tugs along the Mississippi River. What You’ll Need
- TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
- Ability to work 2 weeks on / 1 week off, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to get along with crew members in confined quarters for prolonged periods
- Physically fit: able to pull heavy lines/hoses, lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights up to 160 feet
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions and aboard boats and barges
- Meet ’fit for duty’ requirements (pre-employment physical and drug test)
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
