Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• American citizen or Green Card holder.
• Able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Pre-employment drug test for shipboard employees including marijuana.
• Alcohol consumption strictly prohibited on board.
• Grooming standards including tattoo and piercing limits.
• Temporary employment not to exceed 28 weeks on shipboard work.
• Possibility to apply for management positions but not guaranteed.
• Ability to work well under pressure with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle lines, gangways, anchors, and marine equipment under Captain/Mate guidance.
• Perform daily exterior cleaning, line handling, and logistic support; stand helm watches with Captain and Mate.
• Stand gangway and deck watches; assist passenger services and maintain security, maintenance.
• Load/unload guest luggage and ship stores; manage garbage and daily logistics tasks.
• Clean exterior decks, verandas, windows, furniture, and marine spaces.
• Wash, dry, and fold ship laundry.
• Maintain grooming standards and uniform appearance.
• Be continually available to assist guests and crew.
• Rotate through day-night watch and 12-hour daily schedules.
