Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and an American citizen or Green Card holder.
• Under Federal Law and the Department of Transportation, pre-employment drug test for all shipboard employees is required.
• This is a temporary employment position not to extend beyond 28 weeks of shipboard work.
• Grooming standards apply, including restrictions on visible tattoos and piercings.
• Successful individuals work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handling lines, gangways, anchors, and marine equipment under guidance of Captains and Mates.
• Exterior cleaning, line handling, and logistic support; standing helm watches assisting the Captain and Mate.
• Standing gangway and deck watches including security, maintenance, and passenger assistance duties.
• Loading/unloading guest luggage, ship stores, garbage, and daily logistics tasks.
• Cleaning exterior decks, verandas, windows, furniture, and marine spaces.
• Washing, drying, and folding ship laundry.
• Maintain professional grooming and uniform appearance.
• Availability to assist guests and crew; 12-hour day-night rotations.
