Job summary

American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, is hiring Deckhands for the 2026 season. You will work on our ships to ensure a safe and seamless voyage for all guests, as a proud representative of our brand.

This is a temporary position where we challenge you to work onboard for 28 weeks. Highlights include weekly wages from $1,000 to $1,400 with bonuses, travel, room and board, uniforms, and training provided.

Qualifications

  • You must be at least eighteen years old.
  • Citizen or Green Card holder required.
  • Pre-employment drug test for all shipboard employees.

Responsibilities

  • Handle lines, gangways, anchors, and marine equipment under supervision.
  • Support daily exterior cleaning, line handling, and logistic tasks.
  • Stand helm watches and assist Captain and Mate in steering the vessel.
