Hill Robinson Group is seeking a confident and hands-on Bosun for a 50m+ private/charter motor yacht operating Bahamas and USA seasons. You will lead the deck team and oversee maintenance, watersports, and tender operations.

The role requires a proven Bosun background on similar size vessels, a strong deck skillset, and a mandatory, highly competent tender driving ability. Charter experience is preferred and a proactive work ethic is essential.
