Job summary

University Health is seeking a data analyst to provide data analysis and maintenance services by developing application systems used across the patient care continuum. You will translate business needs into reliable data solutions and support decision making in a clinical environment.

You will collaborate with Patient Relations and hospital operations to identify opportunities for process improvement that enhance the patient experience, data quality, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in accounting, CS, health science or business.
• Minimum two years total experience in information systems data analysis.
• At least one year of decision support experience. Exposed to hospital systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis and maintenance for University Health by developing application systems.
• Support Patient Relations with technical assistance and promote patient experience process improvements.
