Job summary

Fractal Analytics is seeking an experienced Decision Scientist to lead test-and-learn initiatives across insurance products and member experiences. This role combines deep statistical rigor with consulting acumen: you will partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to frame business questions, design experiments, measure incremental impact, and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations.

Location: San Antonio/Dallas, Texas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and executing A/B tests, multivariate tests, and holdout experiments.
• 3+ years with Mastercard APT or equivalent incrementality testing platforms.
• Strong SQL and Python; data integration and exploratory analysis experience.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics for funnel analysis and experimentation tracking.
• Experience building LTV models to estimate long-term impact of tests.

Responsibilities

• Problem scoping and consulting with product, marketing, operations, and strategy teams.
• Translate business questions into testable hypotheses; frame problems statistically.
• Scope test-and-learn initiatives across the value chain and data requirements.
• Design experimental methodology: tests, holdouts, sample allocation, power analyses.
• Execute SQL and Python queries to extract and validate results.
• Use Adobe Analytics to track experiment performance and segment results.
• Build LTV models to estimate long-term impact on retention and profitability.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
