AuraOne, Inc. is seeking a remote Debugging Trace Workflow Reviewer to evaluate model outputs against our quality rubric, tag edge cases, and provide structured feedback for retraining. You will compare paired responses, label issues, and document recurring failure modes.

This is a contractor role with flexible weekly hours, requiring strong written reasoning and attention to detail. Ideal candidates have prior experience in evaluation or annotation and can work asynchronously for at least 10

Formación

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on debugging trace workflow evaluation or adjacent content for Debugging Trace Workflow Reviewer work.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause being applied.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.
