Job summary

CBRE's Debt & Structured Finance (DSF) team in Dallas is seeking an Associate to support the origination and placement of debt and equity for institutional commercial real estate clients. You will work directly with senior producers to drive transactions from underwriting and deal packaging through lender and investor marketing, negotiation, and closing.

You will manage analytical work across multiple active assignments, interface with lenders, equity investors, and sponsors, and gain exposure

Qualifications

• Build and maintain underwriting models and cash flow projections for debt and equity transactions.
• Prepare offering memoranda, lender and investor marketing packages, and pitch decks.
• Analyze market data and submarket fundamentals; interpret rents, leases, and operating statements.

Responsibilities

• Run debt and equity placement processes across multiple transactions.
• Coordinate quotes, term sheets, and closing activities with lenders, sponsors, and internal teams.
• Support business development through prospecting and relationship-building with owners and capital providers.
