Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate secured and unsecured financing transactions.
• Represent borrowers and lenders in senior, mezzanine, and subordinated debt matters.
• Advise on leveraged acquisition financings, refinancings, and recapitalizations.
• Handle loan restructurings, workouts, and amendment processes.
• Draft and review credit agreements, security docs, and intercreditor agreements.
• Work with private equity sponsors and corporate finance teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to manage transaction execution.
