Finance Associate – Dallas (3-4 Years) A prominent full-service Texas law firm is seeking a Finance Associate to join its Dallas office. This opportunity focuses on real estate finance and debt fund transactions, including complex matters such as secondary market transactions, repo lines, note sales, and traditional real estate finance deals.

The Role

• Advise clients on structured finance, real estate lending, and fund-related matters.
• Draft, negotiate, and review loan agreements, security documents, and related finance transaction materials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and cross-functional teams to manage client deliverables.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and the growth of the practice.

Who You Are

• 3–4 years of experience in real estate finance, debt funds, or structured finance.
• Strong academic credentials from a top law school.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
