Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a finance associate or senior associate for its Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years' experience in debt finance transactions and a strong background representing banks, lenders, and other financial entities.

Duties include representing lenders, advising sponsors and corporate borrowers, engaging in senior- and mezzanine lending, and contributing to acquisitions, leveraged financings, and structured financings.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.
• Bar admission in Texas or eligibility to waive in.
• Minimum of four years of relevant debt financing experience.
• Experience with private credit and alternative capital transactions preferred.
• Familiarity with data center financing is a plus.
