Beyond Finance is seeking a Retention Specialist for its Customer Success team. You will educate clients in the financial hardship program, deescalate concerns, and help them navigate options to stay enrolled and achieve debt relief.

Responsibilities include using CRM to access client data, analyzing financial situations, collaborating with clients to tailor solutions, and driving retention targets while delivering best-in-class service over phone and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in retention, sales, or collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes.
• Resilient and calm under pressure.
• Strong negotiation and deescalation skills.
• Proficient with a CRM system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Team-oriented with collaboration and inclusion.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Educate clients about the Beyond Finance financial hardship program.
• Deescalate upset clients and address concerns.
• Navigate the CRM to access and record client information.
• Analyze clients' financial situations to suggest options.
• Retain clients by developing customized financial solutions.
