Beyond Finance is seeking a Retention Specialist to educate clients in the hardship program, deescalate concerns, and retain customers in the Beyond Finance program. You will work primarily via inbound calls, using CRM to track progress and tailor financial solutions to help clients reach debt-free goals.

The role emphasizes compassionate service, strong communication, and the ability to meet retention targets. Base salary range is posted, with opportunities for commissions based on performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual Spanish is required.
• Experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
• Proficient with CRM software and tech tools.

• Educate clients about the Beyond Finance hardship program and options.
• Empathize, deescalate, and address client concerns to reduce stress.
• Use the CRM system to access and document client information and progress.
• Assess financial situations to propose appropriate debt-free options.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions and drive retention.
• Meet or exceed retention targets and-related commissions.
• Provide best-in-class customer service over phone and other channels.
