Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Experience managing a large portfolio and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Contact and negotiate directly with creditors and collection agencies to reach debt settlement agreements on behalf of clients.
• Analyze client financial profiles, account balances, and creditor history to develop effective negotiation strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with unsecured lenders and third-party creditors to drive favorable settlements.
• Maintain detailed records of all negotiations, settlements, and communications in Salesforce.
• Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs with a focus on settlements and revenue by prioritizing high-balance accounts.
• Ensure negotiations comply with FDCPA and internal policies.
