J.G. Wentworth is hiring an Account Manager (Loan Negotiations) to drive settlements, manage a portfolio of debt-resolution clients, and guide them through the program toward graduation.

The role leverages strong sales and customer-service abilities with robust organization. No prior experience is required due to our new-hire training program, and successful candidates will benefit from a flexible hybrid schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed production targets for loan originations, settlements and fees.
• Manage a client book through approval, funding and graduation from the program.
• Maintain conversions through the lending pipeline for applicable metrics.
• Communicate via phone, email and text to guide clients through the process.
• Negotiate lump sum settlements on behalf of clients.
• Submit payoff details for lender packaging and terms.
• Finalize settlements and payouts ahead of program graduation.
