• Document communications, settlements, and activity in firm systems.
• Maintain understanding of settlement programs and strategies.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet performance goals.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure interactions comply with laws, regulations, and firm policies.
