Job summary

Navicore Solutions is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Experience Representative for a fully remote role in the United States. You will assist clients enrolled in our Debt Management Program, providing empathetic, solution-focused guidance via phone, email, and text. Training is online, with shifts on evenings and weekends as needed.

Must reside in the Continental US. You will manage education on budgeting and creditors' policies, document interactions, and collaborate with internal teams

Qualifications

• Fluent in English & Spanish, written and verbal.
• 1+ year of customer service experience; call center preferred.
• Ability to sit for an 8-hour shift with headset and type at least 40 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Debt Management Program clients via phone, email, text, and other channels.
• Handle ~30 client calls per day, 5–10 minutes each, explaining accounts and program requirements.
• Build client relationships, assess needs, and provide guidance to stay engaged and progress toward goals.
• Document interactions accurately and collaborate with creditors and internal teams to resolve issues.
