Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience required.
• Experience in debt settlement, mortgage, student loans, or insurance preferred.
• 1+ year of call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review prospective clients’ financial situations to determine if debt settlement is the right solution.
• Present programs confidently and ethically so clients can make informed decisions.
• Educate clients on benefits, risks, timelines, and expectations. Manage objections professionally and with empathy.
• Explain program terms, monthly payments, and completion timelines clearly.
• Handle inbound calls and proactively follow up via phone, text, and email.
• Maintain a strong pipeline to meet or exceed monthly KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all regulations.
