Alleviate Financial Solutions, LLC is seeking elite closers who can convert warm, qualified leads into debt-relief solutions. You’ll guide inbound prospects through a consultative process and close with urgency, empathy, and compliance.

This is a full-time role in Irvine, CA with base pay plus uncapped commissions. Remote opportunities are available for non-local closers, and a strong team-focused culture supports ongoing training and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven sales closer in financial services, high-ticket B2C, or consultative roles.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
• Empathetic communicator with drive to outperform.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

• Identify clients' financial pain points and align them with custom-fit solutions
• Close deals with urgency, empathy, and compliance
