Responsibilities

• Review prospect finances to determine if debt settlement is suitable.
• Present debt settlement options persuasively for informed decisions.
• Overcome objections and explain mechanics and pros/cons of debt settlement.
• Explain program terms, monthly payments and timelines.
• Handle inbound calls and proactively reach out to your pipeline via calls, texts, and emails.
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Comply with company policies and applicable laws.

What You’ll Be Doing As A Debt Consultant

Review prospect finances to determine if debt settlement is an appropriate solution for their situation

If appropriate, Present debt settlement options in a persuasive and professional manner, allowing prospects to make fully informed decisions

Overcome objections and address concerns while educating prospects on how debt settlement works, including the pros and cons

Communicate program terms and details, including monthly payments and program timelines

Answer inbound calls while proactively calling, texting, and emailing your existing pipeline

Monthly sales targets and performance metrics (KPI's) must be met or exceeded.

Comply with company policies and all applicable state and federal laws

Compensation & Schedule

$100,000 - $300,000 per year - Base or commissions - whichever is greater

Uncapped commissions

W-2 employment only

Full-time (8-hour shift, Monday-Friday)

Work Location

In-person role at our Costa Mesa office near John Wayne Airport
