Prospifi in Costa Mesa, CA is hiring a Debt Relief Sales Closer for a full-time, in-person role. You will leverage high-quality, pre-screened leads to close debt settlement opportunities and aim for a life-changing six-figure income.

No cold calling, uncapped commissions, and a supportive sales team await. The position emphasizes training, ongoing education, and management backing to help you hit aggressive monthly targets while complying with relevant laws.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Experience in debt settlement, mortgage, tax relief, student loans or insurance helpful.
• Proficient in managing inquiries via phone, internet, and chat tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Review prospect finances to determine if debt settlement is appropriate.
• Present debt settlement options in a persuasive, professional manner.
• Overcome objections and educate prospects on how debt settlement works.
• Communicate program terms, monthly payments, and timelines.
• Answer inbound calls and proactively contact existing pipeline.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPI metrics.
• Comply with company policies and state/federal laws.

What You’ll Be Doing As A Debt Consultant

• Review prospect finances to determine if debt settlement is an appropriate solution for their situation

• If appropriate, Present debt settlement options in a persuasive and professional manner, allowing prospects to make fully informed decisions

• Overcome objections and address concerns while educating prospects on how debt settlement works, including the pros and cons

• Communicate program terms and details, including monthly payments and program timelines

• Answer inbound calls while proactively calling, texting, and emailing your existing pipeline

• Monthly sales targets and performance metrics (KPI’s) must be met or exceeded.

• Comply with company policies and all applicable state and federal laws

Your Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required

• 1+ years of call center experience preferred

• Proficient in pipeline management and handling prospect inquiries using phone, internet, and chat tools effectively

• Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic

• Coachable and ready to grow

• Character-driven but money-motivated

Compensation & Schedule

• $100,000 - $300,000 per year - Base or commissions — whichever is greater

• Uncapped commissions

• W-2 employment only

• Full-time (8-hour shift, Monday–Friday)

• In-person role at our Costa Mesa office near John Wayne Airport
