Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, recommend solutions and guide enrollment.
• Provide accurate information about products and the consumer credit industry.
• Maintain a strategy of texting and emailing to increase outreach.
• Effectively manage a pipeline of warm leads in Salesforce CRM.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
