• Seamless Handoffs: Transfer qualified calls to sales closers for finalizing deals.
• CRM Mastery: Use CRM tools to track leads and document interactions.
• Client Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with potential clients.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor call metrics and work to hit targets.
